The Fashion Designers Expo Zimbabwe presents Fashion Fights Cancer, a fashion show aimed at raising funds for cancer patients in Bulawayo. Having her grandmother pass away 10 years ago due to cancer, Aisha DeBeer, the founder of FDE Zimbabwe and owner of Aiish Inspired Clothing, creates this platform as a way of paying a special tribute to her and the many others that we have lost to the same disease and raise funds in the process for the ones that need it the most. The event will be on the 16th of July and the platform is targeting young and talented fashion designers from around Zimbabwe and Clothing stores to showcase their brands and collections. “The aim of the event is to bring more and more Brands to the forefront, and provide them with the exposure they need and deserve as well as entertain Bulawayo with the wide variety of style and trends for the benefit of the Cause to aid the Cancer patients in Bulawayo,” said Aisha.
